Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all ANTOA tickets, packages and partner bookings. Last updated August 2026.
1. Tickets and access
Tickets are issued to a named guest and admit one person unless stated otherwise. ANTOA may refuse admission where identification does not match the booking.
2. Travel packages
Package rates cover accommodation, listed transfers, hosting and programming. International flights, visas, insurance and personal expenses are excluded unless stated in your confirmation.
3. Programme changes
Line-ups, venues and itineraries may change for reasons outside our control. Where a material element changes, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund of the affected portion.
4. Conduct
Guests are expected to treat performers, staff, hosts and host communities with respect. We may end participation without refund in cases of harassment or unlawful behaviour.
5. Media
Our events are photographed and filmed. Attending grants ANTOA permission to use resulting imagery for editorial and promotional purposes.
6. Liability
ANTOA is not liable for personal loss or injury except where caused by our negligence. Guests are strongly advised to hold travel and medical insurance.
