Refund Policy
We plan small rooms, so timing matters. These are the terms we apply consistently to every guest.
60+ days before
Full refund of ticket or package value, less a 5% processing fee.
30 to 59 days before
50% refund, or a full-value credit against any event in the same season.
Under 30 days
Non-refundable, but your booking may be transferred once to another named guest at no cost.
Cancelled by ANTOA
Full refund of every element we booked, issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Refund requests are made in writing to our concierge team and acknowledged within one working day. Third-party flights, visas and insurance follow the issuing provider's own terms.
